Kaitlyn Canar D.C.
I was born and raised in Galesville, WI. Since I was a young girl, I knew I wanted to be a chiropractor. My father used to take me with him to his appointments after suffering a cervical disc herniation, and my interest and experiences instantly led me to this profession. I was so inspired by the results my dad achieved through chiropractic care; I decided to dedicate my life toward this passion for chiropractic.
After receiving an exercise science degree from University of Wisconsin- La Crosse, I immediately enrolled at the fountainhead of Chiropractic, Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA graduating with summa cum laude honors. Since graduating from Palmer, I have completed hundreds of hours of extra studies with the Gonstead Methodology Institute and continue to attend seminars and group meetings with other local Gonstead doctors to fine tune my adjusting skills and further my understanding of the Gonstead System.
Outside of the office, I love to spend time with my husband, Kyle, our baby girl, Rylee, and our three golden retrievers, Tank, Zoey and Bailey. Rylee loves to hang out at the office, so if you haven't met her yet, I am sure you will soon!! Aside from chiropractic, my other passion is gymnastics. During the winter, I am the head gymnastics coach at Holmen High School. I love to be able to share my love for that sport with all the girls. I feel very blessed to be able to have a career that allows me to do all the things I love the most: serving my patients and community through chiropractic, teaching gymnastics, and being a mom!
I love being a Chiropractor. Too many of us are content with mediocre health. Health isn't just about being without pain and symptoms. Without great habits relating to nutrition, movement, attitudes, and beliefs, true health will always be indefinable. Abundant movement and great health cannot possibly occur when the nervous system is not functioning properly. The nervous system is a phenomenal system that controls every task of the entire body. A fully functioning nervous system is the basis of great health. My job as a chiropractor is to correct anything that gets in the way of a properly functioning nervous system - whether it is what's being consumed, how the body and spine are moving, or what a person's day to day thought process is. You, the patient, are the boss! It's your body, your health and your future. I am here to offer the finest chiropractic care possible, make appropriate recommendations and work together to achieve goals and allow the body to work at its most optimal level. Chiropractor
Chad Updike D.C.
With over 350 hours of advanced training in the Gonstead Chiropractor System and 8 years in chiropractic practice, Dr. Chad is here to take care of all of your chiropractic needs.
Doctor Chad Updike is from Trempealeau, Wisconsin. He earned his B.S. from University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse and afterwards completed the chiropractic program at the Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. A few of the memberships he holds include being a part of the Chiropractic Society of Wisconsin and International Chiropractic Association.
Dr. Updike has also completed special training by taking part in a Clinic Abroad trip to Hyderabad, India where he cared for under-served individuals. As a group, they saw 5,000 patients in 5 days, including over 2,000 children.
Office Manager
Brooke Riddle
Brooke is our office manager here at Leading Edge Chiropractic! She has been a blessing to the office since the day she started!
Her bright smile, amazing personality, and hilarious laugh makes everyone feel at home and welcome! Once you meet her you'll know what we are talking about:)!
Brooke was born and raised in Trempealeau and attended Life University where she studied everything chiropractic! Not only is she our insurance guru, but her extensive knowledge of the body and philosophy behind chiropractic make her an amazing person to ask any question regarding the office!
Brooke, her husband Andrew, and her fur babies, Goose, Tank, and Stella live in Trempealeau! Outside of the office, Brooke loves to read, garden, spend time with her family, and travel!
RN/Functional Medicine Coordinator
Kaitlyn Lambeck
Kaitlyn is a Registered Nurse, Functional Medicine Practitioner, and, soon-to-be, Nurse Practitioner who will be doing blood draws, IV therapy and functional medicine consults here at Leading Edge.
When she is not in the office, you can find Kaitlyn hanging out with her awesome boyfriend, Jarret, and their pup, Maverick! Kaitlyn loves to spend time with her family, travel, hike, thrift shop, and all things....Taylor Swift!
Kaitlyn became interested in alternative medicine when she was struggling with health challenges that were unresolved after multiple doctor visits. She didn't want to take medications for the rest of her life. She had weekly migraines, constant bloating, painful acne, and painful menstrual cycles. Additional testing helped her so much that she decided to dive in and take The Wellness Way Academy and enroll in NP school so she could further her education and help others on a deeper level!
Kaitlyn is excited to join the team and states, "Here at Leading Edge we think and act differently. Just because something is common, does not mean that it's normal!" We are so lucky to have Kaitlyn, not only for the knowledge she brings but also for her bright smile and amazing outlook on life! She is always welcoming new patients and would love to help you on your journey to better health!

My husband, Byron, and I have two active, healthy children - Elleigh is 11 and Boyd is 8. We are wildly obsessed with spending time together, passionate about natural, healthier living for our family and committed to creating the life we desire.
When I'm not at the LE office I am a full-time rodeo wife, on-the-go gymnastics + wrestling mom, as well as Director of Blue Angels Gymnastics Club. I love all things organizing and enjoy creating a harmonious, clutter-free home for our family to thrive. I look forward to meeting and serving you on your journey to pain-free living!"
We are so lucky to have such a dedicated and hardworking team member who loves our patients as much as we do! Steph has been an outstanding addition over the past year, and we can't wait to see what is in store for her in the future!
Laser Technician
Tiffany Ekern
Tiffany is one of our laser technicians here at Leading Edge, but is a jack of all trades! Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her amazing little family- her husband, Joel, daughter, Paityn, and sons, Kaisyn and Maisyn! She is also involved in youth hockey and figure skating with her kiddos!
Tiffany came to our office seeking care from a car accident that she was in leaving her spine fused from top to bottom! She said adjustments and the Aspen laser have improved her quality of life, and can't imagine where she would be without them! We are so thankful to have her on our team and can't wait to see her grow in the office!
